All our parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
All orders are usually dispatched the same day of receiving your order and payment before 2pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays. If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you)

Once we have sent with Australia Post, We have no control on how long it takes for you to receive your parcel. We don’t take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address, you will have to contact Australia Post for this.
You may experience an additional waiting period for despatch and delivery during public holidays, sale events etc.

Returns & Replacements
We pride ourselves on fulfilling your order correctly and will always do our best to ensure you receive your order within the designated time period. If you have an issue when you have received your order, please contact us within 7 Days. If you haven’t received your parcel, you can trace your tracking with Australia Post using the tracking number you receive once parcel is dispatched. You must advise us within the 7 day period after receiving/placing your order otherwise we are unable to process your request.
