  • Collection times are: Monday to Friday: 10am to 3:00pm. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post.

  • All orders are usually dispatched the same day of receiving your order and payment before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you) 
  • Tracking I.D available with every order!

    If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us on 03 9355 7255 immediately and one of our customer service representatives will help you with your enquiry. 

    Once we have sent with Australia Post, We have no control on how long it takes for you to receive your parcel. We don’t take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address, you will have to contact Australia Post for this. 

    You may experience an additional waiting period for despatch and delivery during public holidays, sale events etc. 

    Regular Post:

  • FREE for orders over $65

  • $9 for orders under $65

  • 1-6 Business Days (check your tracking number with Australia post, depending on your location.) 

  • Express Post:

  • $13 for all orders

  • 1-3 Business Days (check your tracking number through Australia post, depending on your location.)

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on fulfilling your order correctly and will always do our best to ensure you receive your order within the designated time period. If you have an issue when you have received your order, please contact us within 7 Days. If you haven’t received your parcel, you can trace your tracking with Australia Post using the tracking number you receive once parcel is dispatched. You must advise us within the 7 day period after receiving/placing your order otherwise we are unable to process your request.

Viewing Orders

To view all of the items ordered/purchased if purchasing as a Guest, click the top right pane (My Cart).

If you are a registered member to the site, click (My Account > My Orders).

Updating Account Information

Updating account information requires the user to be a registered member. 

To register/log in as a member scroll down to the bottom of the page, click onto my account and fill in your details.

Once registered as a member, click ( My Account ) and various options can be configured there.
